Biotin, A.K.A. Vitamin B-7, is a vitamin that helps grow hair and nails, it may possibly also help with you skin and can also possibly help with nerve damage. Now there are good and bad things about Biotin. While taking a Biotin supplement, please be sure to drink the proper amount of water, maybe even a little more.

Although it helps your hair grow, it does not just help your hair grow on your head, but it will help your hair grow EVERY place you grow hair; head, arms, legs, mustache 😳! If you're experiencing thinning hair on your head and want to help it grow back and don't mind extra hair growing...then try some Biotin.

Taking a Biotin supplement is ok, but should not be taken for a prolonged period of time.

Check out the lost of 12 food items below that contain Biotin:

  • Walnuts

  • Eggs

  • Salmon

  • Almonds

  • Spinach

  • Sweet Potato

  • Pecans

  • Avocado

  • Mushrooms

  • Cauliflower

  • Sunflower Seeds

  • Brocoli

  • Bananas

Did you know Biotin was in these foods?

*Note: Do not give Biotin to children or take Biotin if you are pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive. Biotin is in prenatal vitamins and there is no need to take an additional dosage.
